Position Description:
This individual will be responsible for the daily operations on their assigned shift/department, including setting work
assignments for employees, arranging for overtime, analyzing equipment problems and issuing the appropriate work
orders, completing administrative tasks and communicating key metrics and company initiatives to the employees. The
successful candidate must possess a balance of technical and personnel skill sets; Ability to interact with engineering
and explain problems in a technical manner; Communicate effectively up and down the chain of command; Correct
product tracking problems, inventory errors and flow problems; Enforce labor agreement work rules and policies regarding
discipline; Understand technical issues and be able to explain instructions.

Experience Requirements:

This person will be involved in the repair and construction of production equipment used in the manufacturing and testing of electronic products.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
*Candidates must have thorough knowledge of electronic circuitry, schematics, component level troubleshooting and safety practices.
*PLC experience including program monitoring, basic programming experience and Operator Interface program loading on a variety of PLCs (Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, Koyo, Siemens, etc.) is preferred.
*Candidates should be familiar with industrial automation components, understand electronics to component level and be a proficient analytical problem solver.
*Soldering proficiency is desired.
