Insurance Company Requirements:

 

P&C and L&H Licenses

 

Bachelors Degree

 

A minimum of CIC designation, but CPCU a plus, or 5 years experience with large commercial accounts. (Account premium in excess of $100,000 with WC and $50,000 without WC)

 

Product knowledge in all areas of commercial lines sufficient to answer technical questions from clients or employees and conduct training sessions

 

Proven ability to provide leadership for three or more employees

 

Ability to handle a heavy workload and stay in current conditions

 

Knowledge of Applied Agency Systems (or similar product) a plus

 

Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products

 

Must be able to be in the office before and after office hours on an as needed basis and travel for business reasons when necessary
