After 25 years of corporate Human Resources experience Coy Renick decided to
start his own business. Coy’s last corporate position was Vice President of HR
at Stanley Furniture in

customers started asking – “can we try your people out before we hire them?”
That resulted in a second part of the business - Staffing. The introduction of
staffing and evaluation-before-hire has proven a very successful addition to the
TRG recruiting firm. The Staffing allowed our customers to test drive our
candidates before hiring them and provided additional income for the business.
